The calendar exists. The to-do list exists. But nothing talks to anything else, so you're still flying by the seat of your pants every single week. And underneath all of it is a quiet frustration: you want your days to feel intentional, not just survived.

What we do together

Four weeks. One hour each.

Each Thursday evening we open with a prayer practice, then do the work together. You leave each session having actually built something — not having watched someone explain it. No homework. No catching up.

Week 1

Permission for a full life

Life is messy because it's full — that's not the part we're fixing. We learn the art of noticing and practise the Examen together.

Week 2

Getting your head out of chaos

How to use a to-do list and calendar so they actually work together. Set the Day and Set the Week rhythms. No more writing birthday cards in the car.

Week 3

Identity

Who do you want to be as you live your full life? How does that shape the rhythms you build?

Week 4

A simple rule of life

One guiding intention each for your hands, your soul, and your body. Three things, not thirty.

"I barely have time to breathe. How am I supposed to add another thing?"

That's exactly the right question and it's worth sitting with. Because here's the truth: Make Room is not another meeting to pack into an already overloaded week. It's one hour a week that replaces the six hours you'll spend this week rewriting lists, chasing things you forgot, and lying awake trying to remember what you're missing.

You don't do homework. You don't catch up. You show up for an hour on Thursday and you leave with actual work done — your system set up, your week mapped, your head clearer. The hour pays for itself before you go to bed that night.

The real question isn't whether you can afford the hour. It's what it costs you to keep going without a system.
